The joint-stock company PLOMA was established in July 2002.
Principal activity of the PLOMA, a.s., company is the production of large-area wooden materials.
At present, PLOMA is the biggest producer of plywood and blockboards in the Czech Republic.
Its principal production programme is the production of glued materials - plywood, blockboards and their modifications. It ranks among the biggest producers in Central and East Europe in the range of oak-plywood production.
In 2004, PLOMA was awarded the Quality Assurance Certificate CSN EN ISO 9001:2001. Its products are sold mainly in the European markets.
Furniture and accessories producers, automotive industry, machinery, civil engineering, foundries, packages manufactures, parquet producers belong to its target customers.
